About AP PGECET 2025

The AP PGECET 2025 is a state-level entrance exam for admission to MTech, MPharm, and PharmD (Post Baccalaureate) programs in AICTE-approved colleges across Andhra Pradesh for the 2025-26 academic year. The computer-based test (CBT) was conducted across 18 centers in Andhra Pradesh in two shifts daily: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The exam featured 120 multiple-choice questions with no negative marking, and candidates needed to secure a minimum of 30 marks (25%) to qualify, except for SC/ST candidates who have no minimum qualifying marks.

Calculate Your Expected Scores

Candidates can use the provisional answer key to calculate their probable scores by matching their responses with the official answers. The marking scheme awards 1 mark for each correct answer, with no deductions for incorrect responses. The formula to estimate scores is: Expected Score = Number of Correct Answers × 1

This helps candidates gauge their performance before the official results, expected on June 25, 2025.

Next Steps: Results and Counselling

The AP PGECET 2025 results will be announced on June 25, 2025, based on the final answer key. Candidates can check their results on the official website using their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth. Following the results, APSCHE will conduct online counselling in July/August 2025 for AP PGECET and GATE/GPAT-qualified candidates. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling, seat allocation, and document verification.
